Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing headwear and supporting Felicity Northeast Millinery.

 Please note as all Felicity Northeast Millinery headpieces are handmade, some small variations between the photo image and your piece may occur. This reflects the fact that the headpiece is handmade which we know you will appreciate. If you wish to see more details, photos or ask any questions before purchasing please contact us.

A refund will only be considered if the goods are faulty (unless caused by you), has been incorrectly described or different to goods you have ordered. These returns are to be made within 7 days of collection or delivery.

All returns must be in the original condition it was received ( unworn, unmarked and undamaged). Also, it needs to be returned in its original packaging. 

We do not except returns or provide exchanges on sale items.

Please contact us if your purchase is defective or faulty.

The customer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend the item to be returned by registered post or courier, as we cannot take no responsibility if it is lost in transit.
